The challenge
Furnace-survey measurements were recorded in spreadsheets. Inspecting temperature variation and understanding where it occurred called for a more spatial view of the data.
The work
Consulting, design and programming work produced cloud software that translated survey measurements into interactive three-dimensional views. The interface supported historical records, tolerances, sorting and inspection of hot and cold areas.
The result
Survey measurements could be explored spatially, making the location of temperature differences visible. Users could inspect hot and cold areas and review historical data and tolerances in the same application.
