The challenge
AutoTrakk wanted to analyze historical leasing information and improve application scoring without replacing its OpenVMS system.
The work
RMS data was mapped into a Microsoft SQL data warehouse, with CONNX providing read-only access to the source system. Reporting views and staff training made the data usable within the business. This project preceded the RMS API and used a separate integration approach.
The result
The warehouse supported intranet reporting and a scoring matrix using more than 40 factors. Historical leasing information could be analyzed alongside the ongoing OpenVMS operation.
