The challenge
An ATM manufacturer needed a storefront that could accommodate its particular sales, warranty, repair and customer-account requirements.
The work
A custom PHP application connected the storefront to Oracle. The scope covered purchases, account history, return authorizations, training and software activation.
The result
The storefront was deployed and in productive use, connecting customer purchasing and service functions with the manufacturer’s Oracle environment. It accommodated the specialized account and product workflows that had driven the need for a custom application.
